  • F24_autoID: This is a temporary identifier on a local machine or phone browser that helps us track anonymous information to be later married up with f24_personid. If this is left anonymous it will be deleted after 6 months . Non-essential, first party, 10 years, persistent.
  • F24_personID: This is an ID generated per individual contact in the Force24 system to be able to track behaviour and form submissions into the Force24 system from outside sources per user. This is used for personalisation and ability to segment decisions for further communications. Non-essential, first party, 10 years, persistent.

Device & browser type and open statistics
All emails have a tracking pixel ( a tiny invisible image ) with a query string in the URL. Within the URL we have user details to identify who opened an email for statistical purposes.

Link Tracking
All links within emails and SMS messages sent from the Force24 platform contain a unique tracking reference, this reference help us identify who clicked an email for statistical purposes.

Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics to collect standard internet log information and visitor behavior patterns. This information helps us understand site usage without identifying individual visitors.

Mailing Lists

During registration, we collect personal information to keep you informed about School resources, training events, and other relevant information. We do not rent or trade email lists with other organizations.

AI Notetaker Usage

As part of our efforts to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of our services, we may use AI-powered notetaking tools, such as Fireflies.ai, during certain training sessions (e.g. webinars). These tools are used to assist in recording, transcribing, and summarizing key points discussed during the session.

What Data is Collected

The AI notetaker may collect audio recordings and other relevant information shared during the session, such as verbal comments or questions, in order to produce accurate transcriptions.

The data collected by the AI notetaker is used solely for the purpose of transcribing and summarizing content discussed during the session. This allows us to provide a more accessible record of the event and ensures all key points are captured.

Any data collected by AI notetaking tools will be processed in accordance with the AI tool’s privacy policy, and we encourage you to review it for more details on how your information is protected. For our part, we implement robust security measures to safeguard the confidentiality of your data throughout the process.

The AI notetaking services may be provided by third-party vendors, such as Fireflies.ai, who comply with data protection laws.

Restrictions on Participant Use of AI Tools

While we may use AI tools for transcriptions, participants are not permitted to use their own AI tools during training sessions.
